What is growth in business?
We have all encountered that moment of uncertainty when you know what you want (maybe not entirely), but you are uneasy about the journey and often choose to take the easier route, or even do not choose to go forth with it at all? I know I have! For me, starting a business was the LAST thing I could have pictured myself doing. The road looked incredibly difficult and I had already spread myself so thin, who would honestly have the energy to dedicate to one more thing!?
Uncomfort is the start of something great!
Think back to the last time you have wanted to take a leap. Did the thought of it just make you uncomfortable? That is growth! That is what tells you that this journey may be hard, but there is an incredible amount of relief you will feel when you make it to that point. Now I ask... what is it that you are hesitant to do? Will it impact your future or drive you closer to the person you want to be? I need my circle to be filled with go-getting motivated individuals who are willing to take risks in their lives. Is that you?
